VENISON KABOBS

This is one of our family favorites! It will stand up to venison served in any gourmet restaurant.
Ingredients:
- 2 Pound Venison steaks
- 2 Cup Teriyaki marinade
- 1 Pound Bacon
- Onions, mushrooms, and peppers
- Lawry’s seasoning salt
Cooking instructions:
- Cube venison steaks or tenderloin into desired size, (2 inch cubes work the best.)
- Marinate the meat overnight in teriyaki.
- Remove from marinade and sprinkle with lawrys seasoning salt.
- Cut up vegetables, onions, peppers or whatever veggies you prefer.
- Wrap bacon around cubed venison, and skewer the cubes (alternate meat and veggies on skewer.)
- Grill to desired doneness (we prefer medium rare)
- Then serve to some hungry people, enjoy!
