VENISON KABOBS

This is one of our family favorites! It will stand up to venison served in any gourmet restaurant.

Ingredients:

  • 2 Pound Venison steaks
  • 2 Cup Teriyaki marinade
  • 1 Pound Bacon
  • Onions, mushrooms, and peppers
  • Lawry’s seasoning salt

Cooking instructions:

  1. Cube venison steaks or tenderloin into desired size, (2 inch cubes work the best.)
  2. Marinate the meat overnight in teriyaki.
  3. Remove from marinade and sprinkle with lawrys seasoning salt.
  4. Cut up vegetables, onions, peppers or whatever veggies you prefer.
  5. Wrap bacon around cubed venison, and skewer the cubes (alternate meat and veggies on skewer.)
  6. Grill to desired doneness (we prefer medium rare)
  7. Then serve to some hungry people, enjoy!
