THE BONE SHED IN OTTAWA IS A “MUST- VISIT” FOR HUNTERS

I had a chance to take a tour of the Bone Collector operation in Ottawa — The Bone Shed — and all I can say is, this place is bad to bone. It has the edginess and decor of the Bone Collector brand, as well as all the kickass BC gear and hunting supplies. But the archery range and pro shop was an added surprise. And the staff is first rate — just a bunch of great guys and gals sharing their outdoor passion and expertise with their customers.

When Travis “Tbone” Turner told me about The Bone Shed, I had no idea this outdoorsman’s paradise was located right in my backyard. It’s about a 40 minute drive from Will County- a straight shot west on I-80 to the Ottawa exit. If you are a hunter, you need to stop in and check this place out.  The Bone Shed is open Tuesday through Saturday.

They have an Open House coming up in August, and other events throughout the year. They also have a guide for bowfishing which I plan to try out very soon.
