Lemon-Dill Broiled Walleye

This baked dish calls for fresh walleye smothered in a lemon butter sauce with fresh dill from the garden. It takes about 5 minutes to make the sauce and another 15 to bake. With no heavy batter or breading, this is a great way to enjoy fresh walleye.
Ingredients:
- 1/4 Butter
- 1 1/2 Teaspoon Corn starch
- 1/2 Cup Chicken broth
- 1/2 Teaspoon Finely shredded lemon peel
- 2 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 2 Tablespoon Snipped fresh dill
- 2 walleye filets
Cooking instructions:
- In small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat
- Stir in cornstarch
- Stir in chicken broth until well combined
- Cook and stir frequently until thick and bubbly, about 5-6 minutes.
- Stir another 2 minutes and stir in lemon peel, lemon juice, and dill
- Lay walleye filets in a baking dish
- Pour the lemon-dill sauce over the filets
- Bake at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes
- Remove from oven and serve
