INTERVIEW WITH MARC MILLER, DIRECTOR OF ILLINOIS DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES

I had the opportunity to talk to our Illinois DNR Director Marc Miller about the state of the Illinois deer herd. The State has been working hard to manage this awesome resource and the privilege of whitetail deer hunting. Even though our firearm deer permit system is on a lottery system, I don’t know of any hunters that have been rejected by a permit application.
