VENISON BACON CHEESEBURGERS

Ingredients:
- 2 Ground deer meat
- Half Pound Bacon
- 2 Farm fresh eggs
- 1 Cup Bread crumbs (depending on how bloody the burger is)
- 2 Tablespoon Hamburger seasoning
- 1 Tablespoon Lawrys seasoning salt
- Thick sliced cheddar, colby, or pepper jack cheese
Cooking instructions:
- Place bacon in freezer for 20 minutes, then dice it and dump in bowl with burger.
- Mix eggs, breadcrumbs, seasonings and bacon into the ground deer burger
- Form burger into patties (small, thin patties will cook faster)
- Grill on medium heat
- Melt cheese on top of burger and serve
IMPORTANT TIP! Like most venison recipes, this is best cooked medium-rare or medium, otherwise the burgers may get dry. But the egg helps keep it somewhat moist.
